Design isn’t just about the imagery and typography
It’s about creating that all encompassing representation of the product and message; balancing the marketing, retail and licensing needs with the art you create.
DESIGNing WITH PURPOSE
When I started to design for this series of collectible action figures, I wanted to immerse the collector or customer into the gritty world of the military battlefield. Texture needed to be prevalent in the elements. Whether it was the in the logo, in the packaging or even capturing it in a photo, it was about conveying the harsh reality that these men and women live in to do their job to protect us.
